PRESIDENT NAMES MAY 13 AS MOTHER'S DAY
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Truman has officially proclaimed Sunday, May 13, as Mother's day. His proclamation, issued yesterday, directed that the flag be displayed on all public buildings in recognition of the day.
